Cowboy, I KNOW better than to do something like that.  :-[   But you get these brain Fa--s once in a while after sitting on your butt for 3 or 4 hours.   :-[   I didn't even go out and scout this morning.  :'(  Tomorrow is another day.   ;D

Dick, I thought that only happened to me............... ;D And yep, a 35-pound coon would be an ungodly monster. I coon hunted your area for close to twenty years, and my dad for many years before I was old enough to go with him, and the biggest Alamance coon we ever caught weighed 21 lbs. Maybe somebody turned some of those big northern coons loose down there, you used to could mail order them and some coon hunting clubs used to stock them here and there.
