Where I come from in North Dakota they say there is a pretty girl behind every tree.  I couldn't wait to find my first tree!

Thanks for the nice pics.  It makes me homesick.  Looks like a wet year.  Was the traffic that heavy the whole time you were there?
My highschool bowhunting buddy has a place just south of where the fire was-North of Johnstown.
Did you see my old tree stand while you were there?  It used to make the barbwire sag when I climbed into it.
Dawes and Souix counties were my most frequent range.
