Med release and sometimes 3 fingers under. I do want to learn the Asian thumb ring method one day soon.

Same as most. I've used the pinch grip a bit, but I'm not as comfortable with it as the Med.

I'm shooting three fingers under.

Same as Pappy, and looks like most.
