Need a maple backing strip!

Hi guys,

Does anyone have a maple backing strip that they can trade me? I only need it to be 52" long by 1.5" wide. 1/8" thick would be ideal! I have cedar shortbow arrows, turkey primaries, tip and handle material, a dremel attachment and processed sinew I could trade among a multitude of other things. Let me know what you got and we can work something out. If you have more than one I can use a bunch.

You don't seem to be having much luck here.  I do have some Maple backing strips but it doesn't seem practical to try and ship one.

I just stumbled across this post.  If your still looking try searching for pine hollow longbows.  There are some listed on there and I am thinking about ordering some in the near future.

Check with Halfeye.  Sometimes he has some for the cool bows he makes.
