First Quiver

(1/3) > >>

Frawg:
I finally finished my first quiver. I used bamboo and took a field tipped arrow to remove the middle node(Arrow method took forever)
I used Rawhide to cover the bottom then covered that with a tanned Whitetail Scrotum. A little pine pitch, jute twine and a leather strap later I have a functioning quiver that I am very happy with. Ignore the scrub deer skull That was my first deer 23yrs ago.

Frawg:
Thank you TR. I have 6 in it in the picture. I have 9 in it now and that is about all it will hold.

Now that is a nice sack.  Nice quiver too.  You are doing a fine job.  Welcome to the addiction.  It won't be long til you have a wall full of quivers, which means only one thing.  YOU NEED MORE ARROWS!

Frawg:
Thanks Eddie,You did the hard work of tanning the sack I just put it to good use. Making a foreshaft for a horseweed arrow as we speak, I am most defiantly addicted but then again I don't have to tell you that!
