My uncle bought some new land and is getting it surveyed.it is COVERED with deer!!Fresh meet,during the summer we saw deer track every where(with and without dew claws).

NE Alabama is loaded with deer.  My Father-in-law used to own a 150 acre farm in Paint Rock Valley.
Just north of the little town of Princeton.
After he got to old to keep the farm up he sold it.  Sniff Sniff :'(
I could have bought it for $250,000.00.  But I did not have that kind of money.  (Still Don't)
Anyway he sold it for $315,000.00 to some body else.

I took 37 deer on that farm in 10 years.  Have not done nearly as well since.
