More jelly making, I am trying to use up the left over blueberries from last year, I will have three more frozen qts left after this batch.

I run the cooked blueberries through my antique jelly strainer to get rid of some of the solids.

Done, cooked down and filling jars.

Ready to send to my family members all over the country.

Thats a fine mess of trout there! What's the daily limit?
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.

Sixteen a day for brookies, which are what I'd call a nice invasive around here--they displace the native cutthroats and tend to overpopulate and get stunted, but they're awfully pretty, tasty, and fun to catch.  Cuts, browns, rainbows, and grayling, the limit is three per day all together.  So when I want to have a fish feast, I go where the brookies are.   ;D
