I can't wait! Pappy you want me to make a big stew or something for the early birds? I was planning on something like that to hold us over for acouple of days. think I'll make collars again for Saturday supper.
If anyone needs items frrom Tandy feel free to order them and have it at the Cincinnati location and I'll bring them down. Just let me know.

Can't have too many chefs at the Classic. There will surely be plenty of mouths to fill.
