16th Tennessee Classic
MWirwicki:
Okay, I'll bring a bag of onions. I'll also try to keep track of who's bringing what and post periodically. I'll start a thread.
PEARL DRUMS:
Pappy I have a silly question (s). Do we need to bring some firewood or is it a given that there is plenty around? Also, can we make small fire pits at our camp site or is that a no-no?
MWirwicki:
Drums: I'll help Pappy out.
#1 There is enough campfire wood.
#2 Yes, you can build a fire at your campsite. Ask for a fire ring.
Also, your in-camp fire will likely be just for cooking. There is a community fire by the knapping and bow making pits that will have you there as late or long as you want to be. Its commonly called, "The Never Ending Campfire". True, it never goes out.
It's pretty laid back, Drums. If you have any more of that Apple Pie, it will be appreciated by all! Miss Heather says to keep it away from James Parker and myself. :P :-[ :-\. Rain early in the morning, forced me out of my bedroll. It was a real stumbler back up to the pits where all of my camera equipment was getting wet. I went back to sleep for a few....
BearG:
It never rains at The Classic >:D >:D
hedgeapple:
I've heard all the stories of rain at the Classic and the Big Flood of Classic 13. I've been to Classic 14 and 15; the only rain I "hear" was in the middle of the night last year. So, I'm thinking I'm a rain repellant, an unbrella if you will.
Maybe, I should negociate gas money to keep the rain away. haha ;)
