Split.

Pappy:
Split, middle finger in the corner of my mouth,no hold ,just touch and launch. ;) ;D

split to corner of mouth then release.

I shoot three fingers under.

Christian Soldier:
Split.

Sometimes my nocks are a bit large or my string is a bit small and with split, I can 'pinch' the arrow on the string between my fingers when I'm not shooting.
