yea the strings are difficult but can be very effective linen strings are not hard to find hemp is also a good natural string

havent made a natural string...yet. also heard ground hog is good but heard to use the gut?
anyone ground hog hunting this spring? would sure like to get my paws on a groundhog gut for string making.

yes groundhog makes a great string,,i tried gut several years a go didn't do to well,, I prefer squrriel  or real thin deer skin
