Pappy:
Everything but the string, can I go play early in the week.  ;) ;D ;D ;D

Parnell:
Does the set have to have been made with primitive tools, or no steel?

I may be in if you count a linen string.  Gotta ask, are you shooting arrows with field points or have you just fire hardened a wood point, whatcha got?

Stringman:
I'm interested in this discussion. Can we define some areas though? Like points, glues, finishes?

JackCrafty:
If there are no objections, here are the rules:

Tools and Materials: you can make the set with any tools you want and you can get the materials anywhere you can (hardware store boards, dowels, etc. are OK)
Glues: hide glue, fish glue, bone glue, and/or pitch glue.
Finishes:  pure linseed oil, pure tung oil, pure animal fat, PatB pine varnish, pure beeswax, pure canauba wax, pure lanolin, and/or pure shellac.
Strings:  rawhide, sinew, pure flax (linen), sisal/agave, dogbane, milkweed, cotton, silk, thistle, or any other natural fibers.  No man-made fibers of any type. Machine made threads, twines, or cords are OK as long as the fibers are natural.
Arrowheads: wood, bone, stone, obsidian, antler, ivory, gar scales, or shell.  No glass or metal.
Paints:  must be all natural including the pigments.  Paints can have oil, pitch, hide glue, protein, or wax binders.  Egg paint is OK.  Milk paint is OK.  You can purchase the paints from a retailer as long as the ingredients are all natural.
Quivers: brain tan, chamois, oil-tan, bark tan, or rawhide.  No chrome tan.  Basket, tree bark, wood, or woven natural fiber quivers are OK too.
