Hickory backed hickory, pulling 90# @ 25" so far...

Thank you! I'm in ohio, in the US. I think I have read that a crowned back and a flat belly is a great cross section for hickory actually.

Thank you Will! Yes, it is just beeswax. If it wasn't so sunny when I took these pictures, you would probably be able to see the finish better, but because of the sun, it makes it look like it doesn't have a finish in some pictures.

yes the reason i made it like that is because i heard hickory is good in tension. SS
