Hey, how do you like those fingersavers on the string. All my kids friends want bows of course and I think this would make learning a lot easier for them. One less thing to wory about. How are they installed ,and do they spin on the string?
The Gopher:
For kids bows and learning to shoot i love them. first of all its hard to find a shooting glove that small and if it hurts a kids fingers to shoot it won't be fun for them and if it isn't fun they will get a bad first impression of archery. They are installed by sliding the string right through them although sliding makes it sound easy, its really a pain to get them through. Once they are one they do tend move up and down a bit if used by themselves so a drop of glue might work, but i would also use a regular nock as well. I guess they are free to spin somewhat but i don't think it is an issue.
Bottom line: for kids and infrequent shooters (I put these on my moms bow as well) i think they are the best, one less piece of gear to keep track of and make the experience more fun.
PS these are also nice to use on a bow fishing rig so that your glove isn't getting soaked with water.

Thanks! I'll order up a couple of sets for the kids.

That's an awesome picture. You gotta make him a dragon target to shoot at.
