So do I. They fly much better than the 3 feather radial fletch I was trying out.

Check out the Selknam Indians of Terra Del Fuego on the tip of South America. They used two Fletch arrows and shot game up to 100 yards.

Kevin....PS they also shot naked and used body paint...

What size dowels did you use? Like the idea of 2 feather fletch, looks really nice

I Have never hunted with a 3 fletch I made. I only use 2 fletch, though slightly different than what you have. Yours is Cherokee style. Mine, IDK, I just do em like a 3 but tie them on and use only 2. Three is a waiste of material IMHO.

I like the fletches!
I found the oak dowels from HD cost a bit much, and seemed brittle...
so I started making my own from an oak tree my neighbor cut down, using the dowel cutter someone posted here...

Thanks SS but ive never had a problem with these dowels being brittle. And ive made plenty of arrows out of them. To each his own i guess :)
