bandsaw blade broadheads

I use a 50/1000 band saw blade and cut them out with a dremil then touch them up with a bench grinder.These are 160 grain. :)

Hi All,  Here are some 125 gr points I cut out from venisburger's stock.  One inch wide and blued.   Ron

I use one of the "fiber" cut off disks.  You don't even need to cut all the way through.  Just draw your lines, score deeply just outside each line and then snap off the waste with a couple of pairs of vise grips.  Safety goggles are a good idea!   Once you have a set rough cut, you can stack them and clamp in vise grips, then grind up to six blades at once so they are matched in outline.   Ron
