The back looks real clean. If it was mine I would also work to floor tiller and then straighten with heat.

I would use it for plains bows, I see about 3 staves (belly splits). I would cut it down, so the kink becomes a natural set back handle.

Second idea: split it, use it as billets, cut off a piece from the short side and you get a nice pair of billets with a kinda natural static recurve

Floor tiller and straighten as others have said, I have straightened worse than
that many times. :) If it is clean you can do most anything you want with it. :)

Personally, I'd cut it into 10" x 2" x 3/4" strips and use them for handle glue ups.  ;)
