I could see where a indian mighta found a rock shaped near that and dicided to make an axe with it. Cool find for sure

Cool more Arkansans, Scottski I have a grooved axe as well but it has a more of a rectangular overall shape with a more rounded pecked groove I will see if I can get a picture of it up this weekend. What part of Arkansas are you from Dalton Knapper?

I have several with traditional form but here's an odd one I found in South Carolina years ago. Grooved all the way around in the middle, it has a chisel like front edge and the back end comes to a dull point with 4 rough edges. Rick B

Here is mine it is chipped on the cutting edge from use im assuming.
