It's simply a matter of "each one teach one".  Most folks around here have met that quota long ago.
Back in my militant days, I even shot 3D archery tournaments with stick and string, and worked my butt off trying to build a business, Singing String Archery.  Eventually I gave up on selling any bows, especially when I spoke with a legal advisor on business development.  (The excise tax on hunting and fishing gear, plus $1,200/month liability insurance premium eventually convince me to drop it)
I switched from militant mode to evangelical mode.  Instead of selling everyone a bow, I wanted to teach everyone to build a bow.  I make the offer to at least one person a week.  On average, I end up walking one person a year thru the entire process, and finish one or two abandoned projects from folks that didn't see it through.
