Bangers and Mash, a different perspective.
« on: December 19, 2014, 09:27:41 am »
My wife threw this together a few months back, turned out fabulous.

A package of Italian sausage. (Brat, or ground)
A quart jar of stewed Tomatoes.
3 big Spuds.

Brown the sausage, (remove the oil if you want) Salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
Peel and boil as many potatoes as you would like.
Mash the spuds.

Serve the sausage and tomatoes over the mashed potatoes.
If you always do what you always did you'll always get what you always got.
27 inch draw, right handed. Bow building and Knapping.

Haven't had time to warm up lunch at work... Yes PA comes before food most days. After reading this I can't wait any longer. Sounds great!
