This thread is over a year old, but I just registered so here goes.

I'm  in eastern CT.  There are a few archery clubs, but none that cater specifically to primitive or Trad.  Ill do some of the 3D shoots in the area, and I know a few trad people participate in those, but its less than 2% of the shooters.

If anyone is interested in SE CT, I'd be willing to meet up and trade secrets, materials, supplies, staves, or just sit and chat.
