Maybe I should back out of the international option. Keep me in for my original one in US.

So, I'll keep the registration open for this week and then draw names on Sunday.

If you are international I'll look to keep that simple by matching names.

I'll read through this, of course, but if you aren't located in the U.S., please send me a PM to let me know your location so I can do my best to match things up appropriately.

I'll do my best guys...

There is a very good suggestion for all people to post pictures of points received.

I do like seeing names and date on a point given.

All points should be mailed out by June 1st, ok?  When you ship your points you need to let me know so I can cross of your name, please!

Ok, we'll shape it up as we go, thanks guys.
It's simple...just keep putting one foot in front of the other.

What's the best or a good way to put your name on a point....something that will stay on it.

What I do is write my name/date with waterproof ink (very fine sharpie or similar) and then paint over it with clear fingernail polish.  I've seen museum specimens marked with this technique.

Or you can use a diamond scribe to scratch your mark onto it.  I don't have one, so I use ink.

On most stone a diamond scribe makes a permanent mark that will almost disappear if you rub it across your forehead. That way it does not detract from the point's appearance, but it can be found by anyone who is seriously trying to determine whether it is modern. On a lot of my points I use a fine point felt tip pen to trace over the writing making it obvious.
