46" long 15/16 wide x 3/8 tips post oak. 20 lbs at 16 "
the green is his favorite color, the black and red are my personal colors.

Cool color combo. I don't have the most experienced eyes but that right limb looks like it could bend more in the mid/outer.

Do you have a tillering gizmo? Sure helps finding those stiff spots that avoid the eye.

Yes I do. But I do not use it much. If I would have centered the bow better on the stick
it would have looked in better tiller.
   I don't know but I do a lot of my tillering off my Knees. I let the wood tell me by feel when it's
right. I don't use any power tools except my band saw when the stave is extra heavy.
A corn knife , small hachet , rasp and a hand made scraper.
It's just me I guess. I would never spurn anyones help and guidance. I am grateful to all.

Doesn't get any better than making a bow for your grandson. :)
