Pearl Drop
« on: August 16, 2015, 12:02:54 pm »
It's been a while since I've posted a bow, even though I've made few in the last couple of years. But this Osage came out kinda pretty so I thought I'd share.

I got this 'sage from Matt Mirwikki at the Classic this year in a trade and the copperhead skins came from my Buddy, Shannon Walker. The name came from the little, dangly, pearl that was just forming in some Abalone shell I cut up, thought it was cool looking.

The bow is 62" nock to nock, 51# @28", with Zebra wood overlays. I'm hoping to use it in some Tennessee woods this year.

If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

I'm trying to load the other pictures but haven't figured out where Microsoft 10 put them.

Thanks, guys. It's a dream to shoot. If anybody can figure out how to flip the pictures around feel free to do it. I haven't figured out Microsoft 10, yet.

Absolutely brilliant. The timber, profile, tiller, skins, tips and finishing are just stunning!  :)
