I wasn't home much this weekend. I received pat bs package!! I'll ipen her up once I ship. Gonna go through the list tomorrow and start bugging people to make sure everyone's on track. Those who have shipped must pm me. Those who already have messaged me, thanks

I'll be shipping the Monday after Christmas. Made a hand throwing fishing harpoon with 2 separate foreshafts. Trying to figure out what else to send since my recipient was pretty much open to anything. I'll let them post pics since my camera isn't working.

I finished up 6 arrows tonight.  I wanted something to go in the quiver I will be sending.  I have one additional item to finish up and then all my items will be complete. I will finish that item on Saturday and I think I will be able to ship the following Monday.

I've got mine essentially finished. I just want to give is a smoking to make is smell nice and a bit more water resistant. The picture is before I finished wrapping the strap and tying off the end. The strap is 3 pleated cattail cords tied together and wrapped with reverse twisted cattail cords. Not the way I initially planned to do it, but it works. The ends are wrapped with 20 and 30 feet of yukka cord. Something to pretty up the ends and if you end up in a situation needing it, is a total of 50 feet of usable cordage that can be removed without destroying the quiver. I'll be shipping out the Monday after Christmas. In the mean time I will be making some hickory arrow dowels for my guy to play with and fill the quiver with.

The mail lady just rang my door because the 6-foot-long package wouldn't fit in the mailbox, and she didn't want to leave it out in the snow storm.  Do you think I should open it now or wait until Christmas morning?

On a related note, I was going to send materials for making arrows--after seeing what others have been making, I think I will get them a little closer to completed before I send them out--but I will leave the final completion to my victim, to allow him to make them look as he pleases. It just means it will take me a little bit to get them out.  Sorry it won't be there for Christmas morning.

Im vacationing right now but will send out shortly after i return around the first. Im fishing and couldnt decide between Tampa, Miami, or Savannah, so i took two weeks to do all 3:)

My package will go out tomorrow morning, the stave will go out next week. I have been having a heck of a time reducing the stave with my broken hand. :embarassed:.
