Whoa! That's good looking stuff. I think I was given a slab of it but no idea where it went- slabs usually get put in a bucket somewhere. Like seeing the other side! Funny how points have their good and bad sides too

Here is what I got out of the scraps left from House Mt.
Totally loaded with chalcedony seams and crysrtal pockets.
Tedious knapping.

Zuma, if you have a place to dig that stone, you're one lucky man. I have a piece that looks a lot like the third photo. I bought it from a rock dealer who knew little about knapping, but knew a lot about rocks. That was back when I was still a beginner. I took a few flakes and realized that I needed to save that till I could do it justice. It is still out there. When I get ready to work it, I'll saw it first.
