Will have fresh pecans in about a month or so, right now they are still green.

nclonghunter:
I used to have a large pecan tree behind where I used to live. Once they fell they could be eaten but I found if you let them lay on the ground until a snow the nut would shrink and become sweeter. Any of Anyone have similar findings?
