WOW   Those are some real black beauties!!   Really like them scars.

Thanks men. leOn that's just some 3/4 " masking tape from the store. provides minimal protection and still keeps a good feel for the stone. Thanks Tower that means a lot coming from you. Hope we all get together and knap again some time.
