If you talk to them they will find you.
This is the first one I got that took the
 long road but it worked. ;D
No and I really mean this fwiw.
If you are a avid searcher you actually feel
when one will appear. It has happened to me
and  friends pretty often.
They are getting scarse since all the web chatter
but if you have confidence you will find one.
Wait till you feel the energy in your hand.
It's awesome.
