I can test it out for you if you want.  I want to make some smaller arrows like yours when I make a new one.

Your a good man mister outlaw.........I would love to test this little bow and arrows...

I scaled down every aspect from a 66" ntn 55# R&D bow....shooting 10 grains / # draw weigth arrows

"I"  should have coordinated an official shoot at Marshall...I'll do better next time.....got caught up in all the fun we were having....I think everyone would have enjoyed the detailed results.

I may do another try that has not been so heavily abused (15 inches of draw may have given me a bit of set LOL)
And modern string material will mak e a difference also

Yea we do get to having fun and forget the rest don't we

How about, Pappy willing, a mini-bow flight shoot at the Classic next year?

Maybe we can start a whole new Flight Bow category.

I would be up for that.  We might have to do it early in the week before the crowd fills up all of the fields.

I'd bet they would clear a section after the first volley. >:D

We could always set a place up across the road.

Mullet, we almost had to launch a volley of mini arrows at the neighbors at Marshall.  They deserved it.

I like this idea. I'd like to build a mini bow and give it a try. I was really impressed with the cool lil bows I saw at the classic this year.
If the mini hill cane was an acceptable arrow for the minis I have an untapped supply of them I would like to offer. All I gotta do is cut it.

My wife had me grilling burgers when the guys went to shoot the minis, I never took my horse out of HER stall...... :(

It's probably a good thing.  You wouldn't have been able to compete with the big dogs anyway.

I somehow missed it too. Mine is still pretty fresh and not to abused if I get a chance I'll try a distance shot before everything grows to tall in the fields.

I see no reason why any of them won't survive until then.  If it's okay with Pappy, let's do the distance shot, Clint.  If I think of it, I'll get out in an empty field by my house and give her a whirl.

Sounds good Matt.  I think I over stressed mine.  It hasn't taken any more set but it doesn't seem as hard to pull as it did at Marshall.  Just another reason to build another one.
