Clint and Greg that sounds great.  Let's have the deer steaks Friday evening and the pig roast, which will take longer to smoke, Saturday evening.  Last year I noticed an a lot of meats and short supply of side items.  I'll take care of baked potatoes and salad Friday.  I'll cook soup beans and greens and cornbread for Saturday.
Clint, I can throw in some venison steaks if that stretches your supply.
Bill, I think we would all be sad if we didn't have one of your world famous cobblers.  

I think that will cover the basics.  If anyone else wants to add stuff, I could see corn, green beans, bake beans, Mac & cheese... as side items that would be consumed.  Just don't hand me a box of mac & cheese and expect that I'll have time to cook it. 

A big pot of venison chili would probably be welcomed for lunch on Saturday.
