Make the quiver shorter and it is easier to draw the arrow out.  See the quivers in museums.

Nice looking quiver.  How long is it?
If you feel like a dog chasing its tail now, can you imagine having to draw it and a bow from a 40" tube stuck to your backpack.  :-X  I would send that in to funniest home videos, and win.  :o ;D Justin
