Aint nothing safe when you draw a bow back. I've seen it first hand.

I aim mid ship when sitting but for the eye when running. seldom hit either.

Shot 4 bunnies this season. 3 were body shots ... and they managed to hop away ... carrying my arrow with them. Unable to recover any of the three, and just one of the arrows!
Decided it was gonna be head shots, or misses. Missed several, until yesterday.

BINGO!!!!!!!!Right in the dinger!!!!!!!GOOOD SHOT.Think I average about 1 rabbit per 4 to 6 shots.....lol.Like smacking those tree squirrels with a blunt on the side of a tree too.

Perhaps blunts would suit you better? Can a blunt kill a rabbit?
