heres a idea.its big and its soft. sooo, make a tube from rawhide the size you need for your arrows. put a bottom plug in it or sew one on from rawhide. {you have to wet the edge of the rawhide to do this}. sew the mouth shut on the head of the coyote. id sew red patches of trade cloth inside where the eye holes are :) it would look cool. anyhow place tube in coyote butt.sew it so the rawhide tube is sewn to coyote at the top edge. now it will just rest inside coyote hide. {im assuming the hide is not cut if its cut up the belly you will need to sew this first} . you can put your bow in above the case{rawhide tube} . use the feet/legs to put your strap too. let the tail dangle. thats a way of making a quiver/bow case in one.the head will be at the bottom and you will stick your bow and arrows in the other end.Tony

There's a guy at my local range that made a plains style quiver with a bobcat skin, he set it up so the head was kind of cut at an angle on the neck so it was a flap that covered the ends of the arrows entirely, you lift the head at kind of 45deg from the arrows and pull out an arrow. I told the guy if he does another one he should do it the other way round so you lift the tail and pull an arrow out of the cats %@#, lol.
