Guava Bow Measurements?
« on: June 15, 2016, 01:59:17 pm »
Hey everyone,
I was surfing the web looking for random things and I came across this:

http://prntscr.com/bgs1cy

It's a native american longbow design..

I was wondering if those same measurements could work on a GUAVA shortbow.

Thanks in advance!

Have you done a search for Guava bows here on PA? A guy(Manny) from Hawaii built a few pretty impressive guava bows here on PA.

Yes I have Pat and they're beautiful, I just don't know the rigt measurements and sizes for the bow...
Since I have a pretty short stave (about 55 inches) it's a little difficult to find a suitable design.
I'm sure it won't break though as it can stand alot of tension.
