nice point, that stuff does look tuff.

You didnt lose much length. The point end looks like a better quality rock than the base, but you worked it all nicely!!

Thanks Eddie and your right it was pretty tough to work. Ive seen points from this material in some local collections so Im sure the Caddos used it. Also ncl good eye the base was more gritty than the tip, but it made a sharp point. Bob after a good weekend in the pit with you guys it gets easier to knap some of the tougher stuff. thanks for looking
