Danzn Bar:
Just got back from Clint's place, Had a great time Clint............ thanks for having us guys out.  I didn't take any pic's but I think a few others did.
I did more work on arrows and bows  today than I have all spring!

osage outlaw:
Thanks so much to all who attended; Bill, Greg and his son, Tracy and his son, and David.  I really appreciate you guys taking the time to drive to my house for some bow work.  Despite the heat and humidity we had a great time.  We did some shooting, some bow and arrow work, ate some good food, drank lots and lots of water, and tried out the forge until Greg ruined my blow dryer.  I was hoping more people could attend but this is a busy time of the year.  We decided to move next years gathering to early December.  It will be cooler and hopefully not as busy for everyone.  I was glad Tracy and Greg's sons came with them.  They are some fine young men.   You can tell they have been raised right.

I took a few pictures of the fun.  Hopefully Greg can post some more.

Greg cooking some tailgate breakfast.

Bill working on some tree hugger arrows.

Every time I see Greg he brings me some sort of dead critters.  This time it was a couple of great looking snakes.

Greg and Zach trying to stay cool in front of the fan.

Bill doing some bow work.

Tracy and Greg testing out a bow.

Zach sneaking in some extra practice.

Some more bow work

Greg volunteered to light the wood grill using a broken arrow fire drill.  He had big flames in just a few seconds.

Bill brought me a dozen arrows for a trade.  I've admired Bill's arrows for a few years now and I decided I needed a set.  He does amazing work.

TRACY:
Thanks Clint! Nate and I had a great time hanging out with everyone. We tried to come up with a name all the way home with no luck.

Tracy

paulsemp:
December huh... maybe an Illinois plate would be welcomed >:D

osage outlaw:
Illinois plates are always welcome Paul.

Glad you were able to make it Tracy.  Next time Nate needs to bring a bow to shoot.  Good luck with the car repairs tomorrow.
