 I list them as arts and crafts. I just sent some to Sweden.

Hey I ship fishing flies overseas and if you put flies on the paper work customs have a habit of confiscating them if you put fish hooks down they leave it alone so craft supplies ,Archery supplies ect would be good idea

I ended up putting Archery Supplies and in the detailed section, "Fletched Shafts."  I just check tracking, it said that the package cleared customs.
