Bryce:
I was hoping we'd get a MLboard!
Mine was a gift from John and sally Kelly, mother Dave, terry and Gordon.
Tennessee long rifle. John's first powder horn from 1966. And a slick leather Quigley sleeve.
Eric Krewson:
I have never posted pictures of my first build because it is "rough", lots of mistakes.
I started with this;
And ended up with this, it took me almost 2 years to complete because I would get lost and not know how to proceed;
Eric Krewson:
I got better on my next build, an English Fowler, I only worked on it for a year. I got better at taking pictures of them as well. 12ga, 38" jug choked Colerain barrel,English round face lock from Chambers, walnut stock blank from Dunlap.
Eric Krewson:
And my latest, only took 8 months to complete. Tennessee Squirrel rifle, Green Mountain 42", 13/16" barrel, Chambers late Ketland lock, stock blank from Dunlap, iron mounts from Track of the Wolf.
Eric Krewson:
My latest project is to turn this random pile of TC Renegade parts into a complete flintlock rifle. I couldn't find a TC lock so I ordered a L&R drop in lock.
