Yup, But it is why I say different areas different rules and authority figures.
Different mind sets and training. I guess this guy wanted all the artifacts for
himself. Not rocks just six tiny milky quartz flakes. Not enough to cover your thumb Actually artifacts but would a judge think so? I told him I just picked them up because they are pretty. I didn't ever mention artifact or indian trade routs.
