Mullet, I think a loincloth and tricorn hat is all you need down there.. ;D

You could look at the Creek or Cree clothing. The eastern moccasin is modeled from the Creek pucker toe. A thin pair of braintan leggings, loincloth and medium weight fustian frock shirt split up the front should be about it. Just watch out for those ticks and skeeters getting under that loincloth. I would also suspect the Seminole clothing influenced the hunters clothing in the later years.

Too many mosquito's for loincloth and leggings. I have a pair of smoked, brain tanned pants, a period light weight cotton shirt, and Mikasuki/Seminole moccasins along with 3 other pairs.
