If you are planning on selling your hides to the fur market you need some wider boards to create the marktable perfect oval shape, Nafa and Fur harvester both have free templates to get the proper shape. Beaver prices are really low at the present so maybe tanning for other uses is preferable, Beaver are hard to do for the self tanner, I personally send them out, they make really nice products when well tanned.
