Worked a couple bird points from the flake pile this afternoon. The two light colored ones were from the same core but the tan point wasn't heat treat while the little one is from a spall I heat treated.

Thanks for posting. Good points from rough material.  Id almost call those regular points not birdies, but it don't matter all in the eye of beholder.
