Thanks Jeb, I'm sure your right about the base nearly disappearing after halvted to a shaft. I'm pretty sure we do have a no barb rule in Michigan. I think the point may or may not be considered barbed depending on the person inspecting it. I can easily remove the "barbs" most of the time I accidentally do it.lol

Thanks GlisGlis, I'm probably going to be a barb remover on occasions for a long time, but I have been doing a little better notching lately.
