Is this knapable?

Not feeling any controversy Wolfwatcher. These pieces are really thin I'll have to measure them when I get a chance but if I'm remembering right not much over 1/8" on the small ones. Zuma was saying for running flakes over entire surface and also probably that they are pretty just the way they are I'm guessing. I have to agree with him, they are really pretty just like they are and this guy probably had a lot of time into making them that way. Mostly I'm wondering if I had some more appropriate sized unpolished slabs of this stuff if I could cook it and knap it like the stuff in my picture.

Me either :) Your post are always informative and well done Joe.
BJ if you are going to be at Flint Ridge I can bring you some 1/2 " stuff.
Needs heat but does work better with it. If you test yourself with it then
the thinner pieces may be easier. If you get some, they are for sure gem quality.
The thicker ones don't have the  translucent quality that the thinner ones do.

I'll have to see how things work out Zuma. That's September 1-3? ThankYou so much for the offer, I'd love to see you there.
