Well actually three muskrats that I made into a quiver. I turned the bottom one inside out so the fur would protect the arrowheads and quite the rattling. I turned its head and tail fur out for effect and to hold my knives. I cut head off top rat and put it on bottom rats backside. I split the rats up the belly and sewed them the same width. I spiral sliced the third rat from nose to tail in about a 3/8" strip and then cut in three equal lengths and weaved them together for a strap. I think it turned out ok. A few little adjustments I might make and might sew it a little different next time but works good and I like the looks. I think the strap will look nicer when it gets more ware and softens more.

Nice work BJ.I once made a mounty style hat from 5 rats.Boy was that thing warm.
