Rich, keep in mind that those are averages. the thicknesses are for yew and the widths for whatever average draw weight a MR bow is. Each should be adjusted for your particular stave and design.

After some winter training I've got more or less on top of this bow now, although the early draw weight is still a bit uncomfortable.  Always nice seeing them at full draw though, especially if you don't tiller them all the way.
