3rd Annual Wright City MO gathering(March 2,3,4 2018)

The dates for the 3rd annual primitive gathering in Wright City MO @ The Blind Archer Bow Co. & Mule Ranch have been set. The first weekend in March,,,2,3,4th Last year we had great weather so we are gonna try our luck again. Whatever your vice is whether bowbuilding, arrowsmithing, knapping, firestarting or building tom-tom drum from a log,,,bring it. I think last year we had about 18-20 participants and I think we are able to accomodate a few more. As for accomodations I have 18ac for primitive or camper camping, there are several reasonably priced motels within 10minutes away and we have been known to throw cots up in the shop.  I have an Airstream that will be setup and a pop-up camper. The shop has heat and tools, bandsaw, 48"beltsander. There is a 15-18 target archery range(some 3d's and some bag targets that you can shoot at your leisure. We do try to do a quick somewhat organized shoot over the weekend. If you would like to bring tools feel free. Any questions or comments please ask. Other than that I will let the past attendees chime in.

Sorry chris I will not be able to make this year. I am a instructor at a 4-h function that Saturday. Been trying to find somebody else to take my place but no takers. Had a great time last year and was looking forward to it this year! But sometimes it dosent always work out . Maybe run into you before mojam this year !
