Brain tanned quiver/beaded otter hide
BrianS:
Beautiful Craftsmanship
BowEd:
Thanks fellas.Used to be I could bead without glasses but nowadays I need to use some cheap readers from the dollar store. The otter is more display and storage of arrow shafts as all that glass on the tail really increases the weight overall but it can be used yet.
In fact for overall use hunting or stump shooting I like the old no frills plain beef rawhide tube cat quiver.
Pappy:
Beautiful work Ed, thanks for sharing. Pappy

It's always pleasure to see what you've made, Ed. Whether it was made 2 days or 2 years ago.
Thanks for sharing.
BowEd:
Thanks.Actually the otter was done more than 2 yeas ago.Just never showed it.One thing about these thin straps made to carry the quiver.I've found to put a trade wool or at least a canvas backing on those straps so they slide rather easily across your body during the hot hot weather sweating.Stiffer veg tanned straps alone work well though too.Canvas straps work the best overall.
