mullet:
You have a lot of work de-greasing it.
bowtarist:
Let's hear about it mullet? I'm thinking fleshing it down to dang near the brown and throwing it in a jar with some alum and water got a week like I do squirrel.
Stoker:
I've seen some guys on youtube pressure washing them for fleshing. Don't know if you have access to one works on hides. tough stuff when done.
Thanks Leroy
BowEd:
That'll work bowtarist along with a little pickling salt with the alum.Staple it out to dry then.If your gonna use glue to attach it onto something though I would'nt oil it any of course. You could also just salt it a bunch to dry and leave it in a raw state too for use later. Then make sure it's oil free washing it with dawn soap.Good score......It's nice stuff to have around.
